About these terms
These terms cover the Tiny Planet Run website and game-related services offered by Udi Talias, reachable at tinyplanetrun@gmail.com.
Use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and the license shown with the app. Where the listing uses Apple’s standard license, see Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These website terms do not replace that license or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
Playing and using the site
You may use the website and game for personal entertainment under the applicable app license. If you cannot legally agree to terms yourself, a parent or guardian should review and agree where required. The game does not require a separate player account.
Our artwork and game
The Tiny Planet Run name, Bloop, characters, worlds, illustrations, music, code, and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Those rights belong to us or the respective rights holders; using the game does not transfer ownership to you. Third-party software, fonts, trademarks, services, and advertising creative remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses.
You may share ordinary screenshots and gameplay clips for personal, non-commercial discussion of the game, provided they do not imply official sponsorship or misrepresent it. This permission covers our game materials, not rights in third-party advertisements or other third-party content. Other uses require the relevant rights holder’s permission unless allowed by law.
Play fairly
Do not distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or infringe others’ rights through the website or game. Do not falsify leaderboard submissions or use modified clients to submit unfair scores. These terms do not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits.
Gems, characters, and progress
In-game gems, unlocks, and collectibles are game features. They are not money, have no cash redemption value, and are not transferable or tradable through the game. Gems are currently earned through play; the game does not currently offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. This does not determine the app’s download price, which is shown by the store if applicable. Any future paid features will show their price and purchase conditions before purchase.
Progress is stored locally. Resetting progress or deleting app data can remove saves. We do not operate a cloud-save service or promise recovery of deleted local progress. Device transfers and backups depend on the platform’s facilities and your settings.
Optional ads and continuing a run
In versions where rewarded advertising is enabled, an eligible standard run may offer Watch Ad & Continue after a crash. Watching is optional: you can choose Finish Run and keep playing new runs without watching. The offer grants at most one successful continuation in that run; it does not add a permanent life or a transferable item.
The continuation is granted when the advertising SDK confirms that the ad’s completion requirement has been met. You never need to click an advertisement, install an app, or make a purchase to earn it. Closing an ad before earning its reward, or an ad failing before that point, does not grant a continuation or consume the run’s successful-continuation allowance. It does not guarantee another ad will be available.
Ads and the continuation offer depend on connectivity, ad availability, applicable privacy requirements, and run eligibility. An ad is not guaranteed for every crash; special modes may exclude the offer. Completing a rewarded ad resumes the same run from its saved crash state with a brief safe restart; it does not guarantee a higher score or completion of the game. If you believe a reward was not applied correctly, contact support.
Apple, Google, and other services
Game Center leaderboards, App Store downloads, Google-served ads, and destinations chosen in Apple’s share sheet are provided by third parties under their own applicable terms and policies. Links or ads do not make us the operator or endorser of the destination’s products or services. The game is not sponsored or endorsed by Apple or Google. Read Google’s Terms of Service when using its services.
Availability and changes
We may update the game, website, or features over time. We aim to keep them working, but uninterrupted availability and compatibility with every future device or operating-system version are not guaranteed. Changes that materially affect paid rights, if any, remain subject to applicable law and relevant purchase terms.
Responsibility
The website and game are provided subject to the rights and guarantees required by applicable law. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, unauthorized modifications, or misuse. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for local storage, notifications, Game Center, optional advertising, website hosting, and support correspondence. Choosing to use the game or accepting these terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy consent required by law.
Questions and disputes
Contact the published support address so we can try to resolve a problem. This does not require you to contact us before exercising a legal right. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply; nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates to these terms
Material changes will be published here with an updated date. When additional notice or agreement is legally required, we will obtain it before applying those changes.
